Julie Weidenbach, President
Growing up in South Dakota, Julie spent the first 8 years of
grade school in a one-room schoolhouse. She eventually found
her way to the banking world in San Franciscoand then to
Response Management's parent company, Mal Warwick & Associates.
Julie was instrumental in the formation and development of RMT
as a database management company, and she's been the steady
hand on the helm for our entire existence. She takes great pride
in how far our team has taken us. She likes to garden, listen to
music, and traveland she loves to go back home and spend time
with her family.

Clare Martin, Caging and Cashiering Specialist
Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Clare received her BA in
sociocultural anthropology from Temple University. After an
all-too-brief sojourn in New Orleans, she moved to the Bay Area
in April 2004. She enjoys drinking coffee, tracking down the
latest essays by David Sedaris, and figuring out how TO BE the
change she wants to see in the world.

Margo Nelson, Chef of Information Systems
After graduating with a liberal arts degree, Margo realized she'd better
learn an honest trade. Largely self-taught in the computer game, she's
been with RMT from the beginning, and has played a leading role in the
development of RMT's technical infrastructure. In the rest of her life,
she enjoys questioning authority, listening to and creating odd music,
getting out into Nature, cooking, and Pinot Noir.
